Shipping, Exchange & Return Policy

WHAT IS OUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. However, since this is not always possible during weekends and bank holidays, we will then ship your order within 72 hours. 

For all orders & parcels, we use the services of PostNL. All the mentioned rates are to be found on their website.

The shipping price will be calculated at checkout, based on your destination. We only ship our jewellery within The Netherlands and the European Union. Please note, we do not ship to the UK.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking code, with which you can track your order.

Once we hand over your parcel to the courier, we are not liable for any losses or damages caused by them. We will of course help you to the best of our ability to find your parcel.
 

If you receive the wrong items, please notify us within 48 hours and we will send the right items your way as soon as possible. 

WHAT IS OUR REFUND/ EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on jewellery items.

We do not offer refund or exchanges on personalised / special made orders under any circumstances as these are made specifically for you and we will have put extra effort into meeting your requirements.

However if your item is damaged / faulty, we are happy to offer you an exchange on the basis that the issue is raised with us by email within 24hrs of you receiving it. Once notified, you will need to return the item to us within 48hrs. 

Beyond this period we are unable to offer exchange.

Exchanges will only be allowed on the condition that the product is returned in the original condition with tags attached, unworn, without odour / perfume, without marks or damage in any way. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above conditions.

Should you wish to exchange your order, you will need to cover the cost of the return. We recommend that you use a tracked postal method so that the items reach us safely and we can swiftly process the same. In a rare instance where return parcels are lost or stolen, we will not be able to take responsibility.

Please note that sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged due to the nature of the purchase.

We are committed to ensuring quality in each product. Sometimes errors can happen due to human involvement and so quality checks are undertaken on all items before dispatch.
